Every other mechanical company in Peace Country makes you call for a quote. We think that's backwards.
You should be able to look at a price, decide if it works for your situation, and book accordingly — without a sales call. Published pricing also keeps us honest: we can't show up with a different number than the one on the website. That's the point.
These are real rates. If a job turns out more complex than described — unusual access, non-standard parts, additional labour hours — we'll tell you before we proceed. No invoice surprises.

The service call fee covers our time to come out, diagnose the issue, and give you a clear recommendation. If you book and proceed with the repair on the same visit, the fee is waived — you pay only for parts and labour.

We'll always be upfront about these before we start work.
A larger system takes more time. A heat pump is more involved than a single-stage furnace. These differences reflect time, not arbitrary multipliers.
Parts are quoted at cost plus a standard markup. We'll tell you the cost before ordering. We don't use manufacturer pricing as a hidden margin opportunity.
A furnace in a standard mechanical room is straightforward. A furnace in a crawlspace with 18 inches of clearance takes longer. If access affects your bill, you'll know before we start.
Older or poorly maintained systems sometimes reveal additional issues during a service call. If we find something beyond the original scope, we'll stop, explain it, and get your approval before proceeding.
Cash, cheque, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Payment is due on completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. For larger projects (installations, full system replacements), a deposit is required at booking.
