Yes. We'll do an initial assessment on the first tune-up visit and give you a straight report. If there are issues worth knowing about, we'll tell you — and the 10% repair discount applies immediately.
Additional tune-ups are billed at the standard flat rate of $175, less your 10% member discount — so $157.50 per additional visit.
The two included tune-ups are for your primary heating system. A/C seasonal service is available at the discounted member rate. We'll work it out based on your setup at signup.
The membership runs 12 months from your signup date, not on a calendar year. Full year of benefits from the day you join.
Cancel anytime after your first tune-up. Cancel before the first tune-up and you receive a full refund. No penalties, no fine print.
